The Zebra Awards have been launched by Dupliquick Digital Printing, in association with the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, to celebrate achievement in designing Posters, Postcards and Flyers for this year's Fringe Festival. All official performers at this year's Festival can enter, simply by e-mailing an example of their intended Publicity Material.
Three members of the Dupliquick staff will select a shortlist of 20 submissions, and then an independent panel of judges will select the winners on 29th July 2011, with all entrants being notified the following day.
All submissions will be assessed on the following criteria:-
Eye-Catching - Most importance will be given to the immediate appeal of the artwork, including impact, originality and style.
Informative - The quality and design of the information given on the artwork will also be weighed up.
Marketable - The overall marketing effect of the artwork will be considered - why does it make me want to see this show?
